Support bulk deletion of branches

This is to allow cleaning up the Pact Broker database. A list of branches to keep may be specified. The main branch as specified in the mainBranch property of the pacticipant will not be deleted. The branches will be deleted asynchronously (after the response has been returned) for performance reasons.
This does not (yet) support deleting the associated pacts and verifications.
