Move `./src/config/ErrorReport.js` to `./config`?

Is there a reason for the ErrorReport config file be placed under the src folder instead of the config folder directly?

This way we are creating two config folders and IMO we could move the ErrorReport file outside the src folder!

Let me know if there's a specific reason, otherwise I will open a PR changing it 😃
