Bomb Shrapnel Influenced by Player Movement

Minor nuisance, we can leave it as it is for the initial release!

When a bomb goes off and shrapnel particles fly, the camera movement of the map is not taken into account when calculating the coordinates of the shrapnel. If you look closely, you can see the player ships movement influences the flying path of the shrapnel.
