privmsg-moderator-bucket for known bots is 50 (not 100)

I'm fully aware that known bots are rare and not really used by twitch anymore but I stumbled on this while testing a batch execution of commands script.

• The bot account icdbot is known but gets kicked out of tmi after exactly 50 messages even as mod / broadcaster.

• cineafx on the other hand is a regular account and can send the expected amount of messages.
