[Documentation] Provide simple "getting started" instructions

Bulldozer is very interesting for me. I would like to recommend it to our teams as a "best practice" based on the existing README.md.
However, I do not see "getting started" instructions with step-by-step for the simplest case that I can use to ask teams to try. I am looking for something along these lines, https://www.yegor256.com/2019/04/23/elegant-readme.html, and a "How do I use it?" section. The "Configuration" section does not provide a minimal setup.

Just came around this as well, indeed a bit more details would be incredibly helpful... Especially about self-hosted installation and usage...
