Describe the bug
The change event is not fired when an action performed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior and minimal code:

  1. Go to https://palcarazm.github.io/bs-darkmode/#event-propagation
  2. Click on darkmode toggle
  3. See no log in console.

Expected behavior
The change event is fired when an action performed.
