I think you are referring to able to have a smooth radius for the start and end. Something like https://i.stack.imgur.com/24IcP.png ? If this is the case, it is not right away possible. I will try to see if this feature can be accommodated.

Is there going to ba an update on this ? It's very needed

PRs welcome as this is not yet planned. The main challenge would be to make this configurable so that people who don't need it will not have rounded edges ...
