https://github.com/pambrose/prometheus-proxy/releases only lists source code (and no pre-compiled jars) for releases v1.17.0 and v1.16.0. The latest release with jars is v1.15.0. Is there an issue with the release process that is causing jars not to be built?

Sorry about that. I know what the problem is. I will get a clean release up by Wed.

You should now see a new 1.19.0 release (with jars). I also uploaded the jars for 1.17.0 and 1.16.0. Sorry about that.
