fix(am-dbg): cursor in states tree, after collapsing, goes back to root if on a collapsed node

Steps:

  1. Focus structure tree
  2. Expand alt+e
  3. Scroll to any relation name
  4. Collapse alt+e

Result: visible parent element isnt focused
Expected: parent state should receive the focus
