Support ECS w/EFS mount with h9 serve?

The appeal of this is that you don't need to run build/publish to share/show changes during development. And you don't need to run h9 serve locally. For complex sites, build/publish can take five or ten seconds, and it's mildly annoying to have to run h9 serve locally.

Allowing for the possibility that this is a terrible idea.
