I have successfully executed the algotrading.m but I do not understand how I can I go further? the graphs and predictions etc? Please help me.

I don't think it is useful to take the time to understand the Matlab code in depth, as it is not suited for trading on the market (if that is your purpose). Please read the FAQ.
