I've got a series of dependency issues involving pg_dump and libffi which are solved by Alpine 3.15. Would it be possible to get a pandoc/latex release for 3.15?

I think we could even go to 3.16. Would that be ok?

Images are now built with 3.16. Currently this is only the development version (pandoc/core:edge etc.). I'm not sure when pandoc 2.19 will be released, but the images will then be based on Alpine 3.16.
