Use case data references are no longer accurate

We are in the process of transitioning our gallery.

in the meantime, the old gallery examples on the website have gone stale:
http://pangeo.io/use_cases/physical-oceanography/index.html
The data references are no longer accurate (and they don't even use intake).

We should try to temporarily update these notebooks so that they actually work. @charlesbluca, could you look into this?
