So this project is still very much in its infinite stages and official release is on the way. I have pushed version 0.3.0-beta.1 that cleans up a couple of errors. Try updating to the latest version and retry. You should annotate href links with data-pjax-disable attributes. How are your targets setup? If you are able to send me a code snippet, I will have a look.
