Livy image version 2.5.1 not pushed to DockerHub

Looks like maybe just rolling back the version number in docker-compose.yml works, but otherwise, you need to push a new image to the livy repo on DockerHub in order to docker-compose up -d without error.

My bad - forgot to roll back local changes. The image builds now, along with docker compose.
