I've used your toolchain successfully on Linux. However, some people would like to use Window as well.
Does the patch you created work for Windows too? I'm new to building toolchains, and don't to spend a ton of time if it won't work.
If it does work, do you happen to have the Mingw-w64 executables?

I’m not familiar with Mingw.
The patch is based on Arm official build that include a Windows version, so it might work.
No plan to add Mingw, but feel free to send a PR.
