Tooltips interfere with clicking on the main action

Describe the bug
See screenshot of when you try to delete a conversation. The tooltip interferes with the popup confirmation which makes it harder to delete users.
To Reproduce
See above.
Expected behavior
Tooltip should disappear when clicking on the button or no tooltip.
