Support sending file attachments via Gmail integration

Problem
At the moment, users can't send files via the Gmail integration (they can only receive them)
Solution
Add support for sending file attachments via Gmail.
Additional context
For example, we want to be able to send files via this modal:

Please include automated tests where possible, as well as screenshots in the PR.
