Path of static dir cannot be changed

I am not sure if you intend to support it but:
If you change the location for

paperlessng_staticdir: "{{ paperlessng_directory }}/static"

Then the webserver will serve nothing as the installation does not copy the content from the source static dir to the target static dir.
