Id like to reopen: 3761. Why are we forcing the call of remote code at all? It's not a particularly large file and causes issues when using systems like chrome extensions as a bundled package.

Technical Requirements - Additional Requirements for Manifest V3:

Violation:
Including remotely hosted code in a Manifest V3 item.
Violating Content:
Code snippet: popup.100f6462.js: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/pdfobject/2.1.1/pdfobject.min.js

The problem still persist and as I'm the 3rd person here looking for answers on this, I think its a valid issue.
