Install link and other context link issues.

When clicking the "Install" context link for a plugin on a standalone version it does not perform the install process. (screenshot below shows location of install link, but it's taken after the install so no longer visible).

After installing, the "Delete from list" menu item is shown. This was taken in a standalone theme. This option should not be available in the standalone theme.
