HDF5 test cases should be run in github workflow. The first run of this test fails probably for the same reason as enzo fails on the first run. However the second run passes.

Good catch! I forgot we still do not run the tests with the Spack dependencies and therefore cannot run the HDF5 tests. I'm refactoring the workflows a bit to (hopefully) make that work.

We are now running the HDF5 tests for both julea-kv and julea-db.
