Add an option to choose an image by clicking on the image itself

After signing in, go to the "Appearance tab" on the admin page which shows the user's details.
Hovering on the profile image should show an edit icon and clicking on it should open up an option to select file from your pc (similar to what happens when we click on "Pick an image" button).
