Polkadot release version: 0.9.8
Chain: Kusama
This bug is occurring on all my nodes with paritydb and kusama after the update to polkadot 0.9.8
Nodes with chain = polkadot are good

0.9.8. Initially contained debug assertions on by default, which was fixed in later re-release
