It's obsolete - not used.
- Remove from code
- Remove from the cloudinfra secrets

Actually it's used by @eng-automation/integrations.
Leaving the issue open to add comments for variables that are silently using env vars - also WEBHOOK_SECRET and WEBHOOK_PROXY_URL.
