🐛 Weird resizing behaviour of SDK & community highlight 'cards'

Describe the bug
When reducing the width of the browser window I noticed that at a certain point the various cards under the SDKs and community highlights sections behave strangely.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to parseplatform.org
- Gradually reduce the width of the window
- See error
Expected behavior
The cards should remain in orderly rows and perhaps to reduce to two columns.
