Add generation of Burp project based on a base Burp configuration file.

  • Research and add custom generation of Burp config files based on project using name, credentials, etc.
  • For example, can we generate a Burp project pre-populated with some configuration options from the project config?

Ported from the TODO in readme.

Seems like Burp 2.1 changed config, I should look into it and support Burp 2.1.
