Project configuration does not check for poppler-qt5

The project does not check/force users to install poppler-qt5 during configuration but fails during the project build.

Thanks for reporting! What OS are you using?
I can confirm the issue on Ubuntu Focal if libpoppler-qt5-dev is not installed.
