Fader ignoring speed settings

Running the page locally everything works fine, but on the website the fader is much faster (certainly not 'slow') and is ignoring any changes to the time between slide changes (24000+ does nothing to change the speed). It's just running as fast as the server will allow.
Is there a fix for this?

Sorry, that is not a simplefadeslideshow bug. Please test your code for some incompatible parts with other scripts.
