Web-compatible units support (1in = 96px)

Thanks for the useful tool! I am a developer of a typesetting tool using Web standard CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) specifications, and FreeRuler is useful to measuring elements in page layout.
However, when I chose Millimeters and Inches in the Unit menu, I found that the measurements were not what I was expecting. I expected 1px = 1/96th of 1in, which is defined in the CSS specification, see https://www.w3.org/TR/css-values-3/#absolute-lengths.
I understand that FreeRuler uses the DPI setting of monitor devices and that would be what most people would expect, but if it can be customized to 96dpi, it will be also useful for many web designers using CSS units as well. (Also it would be great if more CSS units, such as pt
, pc
and Q
, are added)
Thanks.
