Render full version features statically

Currently requires in-app purchases (e.g. "Siri") to stay available for purchase, even if they are actually unused in the app.
Therefore, replace the product-dependent logic with a static list, where in-app localizations are migrated to local strings:
- All providers
- Network settings
- Siri
- Trusted networks → On-demand
Also, reword section title to "Features" or the like rather than pick IAP description.
