passed games appears in upcoming list

use the following seed data: eb33a19
It contains two passed games. One of them appears in the list for upcoming games, when I call the api.

Only happens when I joined the game.
Run the seed data and login as momo --> everything is right
login as genki --> the joined passed game is in the upcoming list
