Bottom bar scales with zoom level

As the title says, the bottom bar increases/decreases in size depending on the zoom level.
I think it should stay the same size at all times.

Currently the bottom URL bar scales with the zoom level.
I think it should instead always be the same size, regardless of zoom level.
