No way to reoder pages\section

It seems that in p3x-onenote snap edition (I have not checked in other app format) is not possible to move\reoder pages or section.
It works instead in the onenote web version with any browser.
I'm on MX linux currently, if it helps.

it seems that it doesn't work when using tiling manager i3...
