Issue when switching to onenote

So I installed the deb and all was great but I ran into one problem. It started opening up to one drive and would not open onenote online, even when clicking a notebook file in one drive. It also would not open through any other method like menu options.
I switched back to the node.js version and it works as expected there. This started after updating and I was on appointments for my residents (that are logged in onenote).
I am using q4os (debian 12) 64bit on an old dell latitude d430 with 2 gig ram and 120 gig ssd.

Here is opening it up from the terminal. I thought it maybe hard disk related but it seems it is not (disk ribbon is wearing out)

It seems I can not open anything in the app launcher menu. So if it opens to onenote, then I am fine and can edit the logs, but if it loads to onedrive, then I can not navigate to onenote.

Figured out how to reproduce the issue at least on my end, Open p3x-onenote, go to settings, click disable internal/external popup (all link internal) so that there is a check mark, that is when I have issues with the apps launcher. If I untick it, then a popup comes and I can click internal and it works. It was also effecting the node.js.
