Feature to create hyperlinks and open notebooks using them

Microsoft OneNote provides the option of creating hyperlinks for paragraphs and sections inside a page. It also provides the feature to open Notebooks by clicking the hyperlink defined inside a different notebook. Let's say we create a hyperlink to a paragraph on Notebook A's page. Clicking the link from Notebook B's page would open the page from Notebook A.
