unrecognized basedir

total i have 3 instances. two instances are runnning properly without any problem. Due to some issue i have removed the third instance and tried to add the instance again but it showing the below error message.
When i check the diagnostics runs, I see generic and third instace has same port 5000. Could you please me how to resolve this ?
