Laggy performance and delays when clicking

I just started using docker-mtgo and am running into performance issues. I followed the guide for setting up the image and am able to launch and run the game. However, performance is slow and actions like clicking through menus are all delayed and feel laggy. I have looked at the posts discussing similar issues and tried using older versions to no avail. Would love to get the game running smoothly!
I am running Manjaro Linux
