command "lockfile" not found

The podcasts.sh script uses the "lockfile" command, but that is not described in the readme.

Hi @cweiske good point. lockfile is part of procmail (sudo apt install procmail), but that really isn't a good dependency to have to use. I'll update it to use flock instead, which I think is better practice.
