Delete Window When Moving on to Next

Right now when somebody clicks on a folder, we open a new toplevel window.

As a result we end up with a huge number of toplevels, enough that it is hard to find the one that we want to interact with.

We should (at least in a certain mode) delete the window that we just left when we open a new window so we don't have an explosion of windows.
