Sending Message feature is not working in Whatstapp

- Go to your mobile
- Open whatsaapp
- Go to any contact
- Send a test message which is having 50 charactres
Actual Restult : Message is not sent Showing network Error. While there are full network connectivity.
Expected Result : While there is full network connectivity and message length is with in limit. Message should be scceuusfully sent.
