Set Comm Device not displayes

i have two T-Beams 1.1 it works fine on Meshtastic but with my galaxy S11 i see the Bluetooth conection, with my Moto Z3 i do´nt see it (ist not displayed)
ATAK version 4.7
ATAK forward Version 1.1.3-1-4.7.0
Meshtastic neueste version (auf dem Samsung) und .9 auf dem Moto
Android 9 both
does anyone knows what that could be that i don´t see only one?
