360 Public Security DNS's profile does not include ServerAddresses

the 360 Public Security DNS does not contain ServerAddresses, which may introduce extra latency when resolving the DNS.

I have found the server addresses at https://sdns.360.net/dnsPublic.html#course, it may be worth adding to the profile after testing.
