Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

Trying to re-Add Tailwind to my HA

Add Integration -> Tailwind -> Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

What version of HA? Any logs (Settings / System / Logs) with error messages?

I upgraded HACS and redownloaded this repo and restarted and was able to seamlessly re-add the tailwind. FYI.

@sgmorton Have you managed to resolve this (perhaps by redownloading, as suggested by @vtwebguy)?
