All fields are mandatory when creating a new module

When a new module is created, you are required to provide values for module code, module name, number of credits and number of contact hours.

However, if someone is only interested in quickly calculating combinations then the module name and number of contact hours aren't required. Making these optional would speed up data entry for those users.
