[AutomaticTodoList]: Add Limit to Todo Items on Screen

What would you like to see added?

The panel can get quite large if all the checks are on, so there should be some (perhaps configurable) limit to the items in the panel, after which a scrollbar would appear.

This would probably be a good chunk of new UI code, so a bit more work, but well worth it
