[AutomaticTodoList] Add translations for i18n

Hi, I'm NARCOAZAZAL from the mod comments on Nexus. Here is the translation file I created for some supported languages: Japanese (ja), Russian (ru), Korean (ko), and German (de). I used AI for these translations. I manually translated the text for Portuguese (pt), Spanish (es), French (fr), and Italian (it), and then checked the translations for errors using AI.

Unfortunately, I am currently unwilling to accept AI / machine created translations. I have updated this repo's contribution document to reflect this.

Can you elaborate on the "checked the translations for errors using AI" bit?
