Change default HOST to `https`

It appears that fontello.com is now served with https.

This needs to be updated:

fontello-cli/src/fontello.coffee

Line 9 in b6ebae3

HOST = 'http://fontello.com'

to be:

HOST = 'https://fontello.com'

In the mean time...

fontello-cli open --host https://fontello.com
fontello-cli install --host https://fontello.com
