Debit - Credit filtering

Hi,

Can a merchant set his paylike account to refuse credit card payments while accepting debit cards ? Especially for US Cards.

Using a bin checker is not a reliable way of doing and would like to know if somehow paylike can detect if a card funds run on a line of credit.

Please advise.
