@rajkumarpalani is this SDK still maintained or should we better use custom POJOs and own http clients when using ...paypal.com/v1/payments/payouts rest api?

Yes @hadjiski, we didn't release any major changes to the v1 API after this SDK release and there are some minor updates which will be released as a minor SDK update soon
